Mengungkapkan makna dalam teks fungsional pendek dan monolog yang berbentuk report, narrative dan analytical exposition dalam konteks kehidupan sehari - hari.

Basic Competence :

2.2 Merespon makna dalam teks monolog yang menggunakan ragam bahasa lisan secara akurat, lancar dan berterima dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari dalam teks berbentuk: report, narrative, dan analytical exposition.

2. Identify the characters from the narrative texts.
3. Identify the events from the narrative texts.
4. Performing a narrative text monologue.
5. Using past form of verbs.
6. Read narrative texts.*
7. Write a narrative text.*

Purpose of Study:

By the end of the study students are able to:

1. identify the main idea from the narrative texts;
2. identify the characters from the narrative texts;
3. identify the events from the narrative texts;
4. performing a narrative text monologue;
5. using past form of verb correctly;
6. read narrative texts with acceptable pronunciation and intonation.*
7. and write a narrative text.*
